My Passion & Commitment To You

My Passion & Commitment To You

Some food places sell “just food” and call it good. I saw that up close while working in a well-known ice cream franchise. They served items like chicken strips and hamburgers, but much of it looked pre-packaged and processed. That never sat right with me. Food should feel real and worth your time. That’s why we made a promise to only serve scratch homemade BBQ, sides, and sauces. Thank you for letting us serve you. —Bob & Chrisi
Built on Family and Freedom 🇺🇸

Built on Family and Freedom 🇺🇸

This story goes back generations. My grandfather came from Italy and sailed into New York Harbor. Seeing the Statue of Liberty filled him with pride and hope. He opened a bakery in New Jersey and called it Liberty Bakery, with a picture of the Statue of Liberty in the window. That same spirit still drives us today. We work hard to serve food we can stand behind—honest, homemade, and worth sharing with the people who walk through our doors.

We keep our BBQ true to the craft. All of our smoked foods are cooked on wood-burning smokers using only wood, fire, smoke, and the food itself. We don’t use gas ovens with a small piece of wood for a quick smoke scent. This is the real way, the old-school way. It takes time, care, and steady work. That’s how we cook, because it matters. When you get a tray from us, you get BBQ done the right way.

Scratch-Made From Start to Finish

Scratch-Made From Start to Finish

Everything we serve is made with care and purpose. From smoked meats to sauces and sides, every bite reflects the same commitment to real, honest cooking. We’re proud of the full spread we bring to the table. It’s not “just food” to us. It’s our work, and it’s our promise to you.
From Festivals to Our Home Base

From Festivals to Our Home Base

Our smoked meats journey started in 2016. We began by cooking for festivals and doing some catering. After that, we built a food trailer and kept growing step by step. Today, we’re thankful to be in an amazing building and location that lets us serve more people with the same care we started with. We’re grateful for every visit and every order. You’re part of why we keep going, and we don’t take that lightly.
Get Liberated From Commercial BBQ

Get Liberated From Commercial BBQ

We believe BBQ should be more than a product pushed out fast. We stand for food that’s done with care and pride, not commercial and institutional. That’s why we say: get liberated from commercial BBQ and give us a tray. We’ll keep doing things the old-school way with scratch-made cooking and real wood smoke. Thank you again for the chance to serve you. We’re here because of you, and we’re grateful for it every day.
